Healthy Bar(Easy Homemade Recipe)

Living in the northern parts of India, where the temperature often dips below 5°C, nothing beats the warmth of a wholesome, homemade snack. This bar/chikki—what we lovingly call it at home—has been a winter tradition in my family. My mom makes it with love, and every bite brings comfort and health. The combination of jaggery, nuts, and sesame seeds not only keeps us warm but also makes for a delicious treat to pair with tea or coffee.
